Strophanthus luteolus is a member of the Apocynaceae family and is native to East Africa, Mozambique and South Africa.
This Strophanthus is a shrub / climber that can grow from 2 to 6 metres and the flowers are yellowish with white centre and purple markings in the throat and on the outer side of the tube and are trumpet shaped.
It has interesting long tendrils that can be 30 cm long.
